I am a solo freelance web developer based in Dhaka, Bangladesh, operating under the studio name Wise Wikis Studio (website: https://wisewikis.studio, email: hello@wisewikis.studio).

I believe in quiet, honest web craftsmanship. This privacy policy outlines in plain language exactly what data is collected when you visit this website or reach out for web development services, how that information is handled, and your rights regarding it. There is no corporate fine print or 40-page legal maze here — just straightforward transparency.

2. What Data I Collect & Why

I only collect information that is strictly necessary to communicate with you about your project, schedule consultation calls, and deliver web engineering work:

Contact Form Inquiries: When you submit the inquiry form on this website, I collect your name, email address, message, and optional budget range. This data is used exclusively to evaluate project fit and reply to your message.

Calendly Bookings: When you schedule a free 15-minute consultation, Calendly collects your name, email address, and timezone on my behalf so that we can coordinate the call. You can review Calendly's Privacy Policy for details on their data handling.

Cookieless Analytics: I use Plausible Analytics to understand basic, privacy-respecting website metrics (such as visitor counts, top referral sources, and device categories). Plausible does not use cookies, does not track you across other websites, and stores no personal data or IP addresses. Read Plausible's Privacy Policy.

Client Payments: Invoicing and payments are processed entirely through Payoneer or direct international bank wire transfers. I never collect, see, or store your credit card numbers or banking credentials.

Email Correspondence: Project briefs, revision notes, and questions you send directly to my email inbox are stored securely to manage our professional engagement.

3. How Your Information Is Used

Your personal information is used exclusively to:

Respond to your inquiries, questions, and project proposals.

Deliver, test, and launch agreed web development projects.

Issue project invoices and maintain basic tax and accounting records.

I do NOT maintain user accounts, run email marketing newsletters, deploy advertising pixels, engage in algorithmic profiling, or sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party.

4. Third-Party Services

To run this portfolio and client workflow efficiently, I rely on a small set of trusted infrastructure providers:

Vercel: Hosts and serves this Next.js web application via secure global edge networks (Vercel Privacy Policy).

Calendly: Facilitates calendar scheduling for discovery consultations (Calendly Privacy Policy).

Plausible Analytics: Provides lightweight, cookieless, EU-hosted site metrics (Plausible Privacy Policy).
·
Payoneer: Facilitates secure cross-border invoicing and payment settlement (Payoneer Privacy Policy).

Each of these providers has been selected for their high security standards and adherence to international privacy regulations.

5. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

I keep this website as clean and quiet as possible:

I retain contact form inquiries and email correspondence only for as long as necessary to fulfill project deliverables, maintain clear communication, or satisfy statutory tax and business record-keeping requirements.

If you inquire about a project but we decide not to work together, your inquiry details are routinely purged from my active inbox after 12 months.

7. Your Rights (GDPR, CCPA & International)

My clients and website visitors are based worldwide — primarily across the United States, United Kingdom, European Union, and the Middle East. Regardless of where you reside, I respect your fundamental privacy rights in plain terms:

Right to Access: You may ask what personal information I hold about you at any time.

Right to Rectification: If any detail (such as your name or billing email) is inaccurate, you can ask me to update it.

Right to Erasure ('Right to be Forgotten'): You may request that I delete your contact information and past communications, subject to statutory tax record requirements.

CCPA / California Residents: I do not sell your personal data. I have never sold client data and never will.

Because I operate from Dhaka, Bangladesh while collaborating with clients globally, communications and project assets are transmitted across international borders.

All digital communications and project repositories are protected using industry-standard encrypted protocols (HTTPS/TLS) and enterprise-grade providers (such as GitHub, Google Workspace, and Vercel).

9. Children's Privacy

My services are strictly professional web development and consulting services directed at businesses and adult professionals. This website is not directed at children under 16 years of age, and I do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

10. Changes to This Policy

I may occasionally update this Privacy Policy to reflect minor adjustments in tools or workflow. Any revisions will be published directly on this page with an updated 'Last updated' date. Because this site collects minimal data, changes are infrequent.
